We are looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven project coordinator to join our Design and Construction squad. In this on-site role, you'll travel across the developing communities within the Bellarine and North West. You will be the go-to person for coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to keep projects moving smoothly is part of success in this role. This role will also have responsibilities that include overseeing the housing portfolio and landscaping for common areas and minor works projects on-site.
